Amending your Alicante Transfer

My flight has changed. What should I do?

You may be able to change your flight details of your booking depending on your travel date and time.

If your transfer is within more than 24 hours, you can modify your flight details through My Booking.

If your transfer is happening in less than 24 hours, you would need to contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat or on any of the phone numbers available on your Email.

How can I change my Alicante Transfers pick up time?

You may be able to change your pick up time depending on your travel date and time and the kind of service you have booked.

Private transfers:

If your transfer is happening in less than 24 hours, you need to contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat or on any of our 24/7 phone numbers available on your voucher.

If your transfer is happening in more than 24 hours, you may change your pick up time through the My Booking section on our website.

If you would like to change the pick up AND flight departure time for a later date/time, please first submit an amendment request of the flight departure date/time. After the approval of such change from our Customer Service Team, you will be able to request a change to the pick up date/time. In general, online amendment requests take just a few minutes to be approved.

Remember that for transfers to the airport, the latest possible pick-up time is calculated automatically by our system and it’s based on many factors affecting the journey for that specific route.

Shuttle transfers:

The pick up time for a shuttle service cannot be modified as the driver will also have other scheduled pickups.

The pickup time for the return transfer to the airport is confirmed with you by email within 24 hrs of your flight departure time.

You can cancel any of your transfer journeys or your entire booking online by Contacting the ”Live Support” team on our website. Transfer service cancellations received with more than 48 hours notice are refunded in full. No refund is paid for cancellations received less than 48 hours before the transfer time. Unless Transfer insurance was taken at time of booking,  If you are not entitled to a refund, you will always receive an email with a cancellation note attached which you may be able to use to claim the expenses back from your tour operator, airline, or travel insurance provider.

Note that the Transfer Protection insurance and the SMS will not be refunded in case you wish to cancel your booking.

You can make most changes to your booking, such as email address, phone number, lead passenger details, airline, flight number, accommodation name and address up to 24 hours prior to the date of travel through the ”Live Support’‘ panel on our website, as long as they do not incur in extra charges.

For changes less than 24h before travel you should contact our Customer Service team via 0800 861 1910,  Last minute changes are subject to availability.

How do I make a booking on your website?

Just follow the simple on screen booking form, This will only take less then 2 mins. If you do get stuck we have live chat or you can call the customer service line, Use the Contact us page.

What information do I need in order to book?

To make your Alicante Transfer we will name your Full name (Lead Passenger) Contact Number & Full flight information including flight numbers also your detention.

I can not find a route I want to book. What can I do?

You can use the custom booking page to request a custom booking, We will reply within 30 mins in working hours,

How do I pay for my transfer?

You can pay for your Alicante Private Transfer when you make the booking, or you can pick to pay on Arrival, there is a charge for this service, and you still need your card info to make the booking, But your card will not be charged,

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

You can book a Alicante Transfers with more then one stop, When you are making the booking it will ask you if you would like to add any stops, There is a Fee and the stops must be in the same town as the Transfer is going,

If you are unsure get a call back you can always book over the phone, or request a custom booking.

Can I make a last minute Transfer booking?

Yes, in most cases you can make a last minute booking. However, in some cases you may see a pop up message during the booking process asking you to contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat to check availability and get a link to a page, which will allow you to book.

I want to book my return later than the latest possible pickup time the website allows, what should I do?

When making the booking, the system will automatically give you the latest possible time that we can pick you up for your return transfer to the airport. You may opt to be picked up at that latest time or any time earlier.

The latest pick-up time is calculated automatically by our system and is based on many factors affecting the journey for that specific route, for instance, journey time, expected weather conditions, vehicle size, airport size, and our own experience having provided thousands of transfers for the specified route.

Setting the latest pickup time ensures our customers get to the airport/cruise port/train station on time, with no risk of missing their flight/cruise ship/train should there be any issues, expected or unexpected, that delay the journey. Unexpected issues could include sudden traffic congestion or bottlenecks, accidents causing blockage or slow traffic on certain roads, poor weather conditions, police controls, minor delays and other unexpected difficulties.

In Most Cases we will let you know at time of booking your return pick up time, For all Private Transfers this will be 3 hours before your return flight time, This is set by the system. If you need help with this you must call the Customer Help Line on 0800 861 1910

What does the price include?

The price of a private transfer is the price per vehicle and includes the journeys for the route and vehicle booked, meet and greet and door-to-door services. The driver will wait and meet you at the airport arrivals hall or meeting point stated on your voucher and drop you off at the accommodation address indicated by you in the booking.

Our shared shuttle services are priced per passenger and include the journeys for the route.

The members in my travel party need to be picked up or dropped off from different addresses. Can I book this?

Yes. For Private Transfers we offer the option to book an extra stop during our booking process, so that you can indicate an additional pickup or drop off address if both of them belong to the same destination which you selected.
If the two addresses are located in different cities/towns please make two separate bookings.
This option will be offered once you’ve selected your travel dates and vehicle type.

Do you cater for wheelchair users and people with disabilities?

Do you cater for wheelchair users and people with disabilities?

We have recently added the option to book “wheelchair adapted vehicles” for some routes. This means that the passenger using the wheelchair may board the vehicle using a ramp.

If a “wheelchair adapted vehicle” is not available to book online, in most cases we still offer the option to add a foldable wheelchair to the booking as a free extra. That extra means you can bring a foldable wheelchair and that the passenger using the wheelchair is able to board the vehicle on his own or with the help of the members of his party.

I can’t find the destination I’m looking for. Can you provide me with a quote/price/transfer anyway?

If you can’t find the city/town/area where your accommodation is located on the drop down list on the main page of our website, you can easily Request a Live Quote and we will do our best to accommodate it, We can do Transfer Service to any town on the Costa.

We do not offer any promotional codes on our transfers as we offer excellent value for money and low prices all year round and for every route we cover. Our Alicante Transfer services are always at the most competitive prices & 100’000’s of customers have trusted us to provide their Alicante airport transfers.

How do I get a receipt for my Alicante Transfer?

Once you’ve completed your booking payment, a receipt will be sent along with your booking to the email address you provided during the booking process.
If you need an invoice, you can generate it yourself by accessing the ”My Booking” panel on our website and selecting ”Invoice”.
If you need a pro forma invoice, please send us your request specifying your billing details by email to Accounts@BenidormHolidays.ltd and our accounts department will send it to you.

We can only issue more than one invoice for the same booking if you make several payments. For example, if you make two separate payments of £50  each for a £100  booking, then we can issue two invoices of £50

What luggage entitlement will I have?

Each of the listed Transfers will tell you how much luggage you can take, If in unsure you can always upgrade to make sure,

But as a rule you can have one case and one carry on for each person traveling on a Transfer.

Where will I meet the driver when we land in Alicante?

You will get a email Confirmation with all the info on where to meet your driver, But if you are arriving at Alicante Airport, You will see your driver with your name as you walk in the arrivals hall.

There is an emergency number that is open 24hs a day, This will be in your email or text you receive from us after booking.

 

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

For Alicante Arrivals, your Driver will be waiting in the Arrivals Hall as you walk in you will see the driver with your name on a Board or Tablet. There is also an Emergency Contact Number of the on Call Transport Manger 24hs a Day.

On your Return Journey, the driver will collect you from the same place you have been dropped of, Unless arranged different,

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

You can change your Group size for your Alicante Transfer, Just use the Contact Me Page.

How long will the transfer take to Benidorm?

Depends on where you are going, We only use the main Toll Roads, A Transfer from Alicante to Benidorm Takes about 45 minuets.

Will anyone else be travelling in the same Alicante Transfer?

If you book a Private Service, the vehicle is reserved for your group only.
Shuttle services might be shared and might have several stops.

What luggage entitlement will I have on my Transfer?

You can bring 1 bag or medium size suitcase per passenger seat in the vehicle selected, and one piece of hand luggage such as a handbag or small bag (camera or laptop bag or similar). Carry-on cases are considered to be suitcases rather than hand luggage.

Your luggage entitlement is therefore defined by the size of vehicle you book. For example, a 4 seater Car has space for 4 medium sized suitcases, as well as 4 small hand luggage items. An 8 seater minivan has double the luggage capacity.

If you wish to bring any extra items, you will be able to select these whilst completing the booking.

If you are in any doubt as to whether your luggage will fit in the vehicle, we strongly recommend you to upgrade to a larger one in order to ensure that you have a comfortable and stress free journey.

Payments & Refunds

How can I get a proforma invoice?

We can provide you with a proforma invoice if required. Please send an email with all your details to Accounts@BenidormHolidays.ltd and our Accounts Department will prepare it and send it to you by email.

How can I pay for my booking?

How can I pay for my Alicante Transfer booking?

Payment is taken in full at the time of booking. Complete your booking on our website and select your preferred payment method at the end of the booking process. Once you have made your online payment we will send your booking by email & Text,  you’re ready to go!

We do have Benidorm Transfers Pay On Arrival, This service cost more money to book, You pay the Driver in €’s when you are picked up,

We accept all widely used payment methods including credit card (American Express, MasterCard/Diners International, Visa), debit card (Visa/Delta, Visa/Electron) and bank transfer.

IMPORTANT: For bank transfers, we need at least 5 working days before the transfer for European customers and 10 working days for Non-European customers. If you wish to complete your booking by bank transfer, For Bank Info contact Support

Prices are charged in £ and any currency conversion facility is provided as an approximation tool only.

If you would like to be charged in your local Currency you can contact Live Chat Support and they will send you a Payment link in your own Currency.

Do you charge extra for debit or credit card payments for our Transfers?

No. There is no additional charge for paying by debit or credit card. We can also accept bank transfer payments.

All booking pages that require you to enter personal information are secured using 256 bit SSL encryption, verified by Thawte. Payments are made at the end of the booking process when you are on our secure payment Page Provided by our payment Merchant Bank.
